Nowadays, teenage boys drink loads of fizzy drinks and fatty foods, while the girls tend to skip meals, eat lots of sweet things, worry more about their weight and go short of exercise. Although fast food is delicious, affordable, and readily available just any time, but it is still have their disadvantages for our health. It is not nutritionally balanced and loaded with calories from refined sugar and fats. Moreover, too much fast food can also turns a handsome guy into an unsightly obese man and being physically inactive only adds to the problem of obesity. In other words, fast food is kind of addictive. Therefore, making them change their food habits from fatty and sweet foods and develop a taste for health-promoting fruits and vegetables is one of the way to overcome this problem. parents must play the good role for their children.

In my opinion,fast food bring more disadvantage more than advantage.It's because it contain ingredient that cause harm to us like monosodium glutamate (MSG) and others.It can cause disease like constipation,vomit and other disease.Maybe it true that fast food cheaper than slow food,but it give you just a pleasure.Slow food like rice,noodle contain enough ingredient such as carbohydrate,protein,fat and others.Not like fast food,it just contain more salt and sugar.People that want to diet by using fast foods are like to burden themselves because the diet are not healthy.They will slim and can be fly up to the sky if blow by wind.So eat slow food and you will stay healthy.

It is obvious that fast food is not good for health because fast food is linked to many health problems in teenagers nationwide. Moreover, the fast-food industry has continually increased serving sizes and focused much of its advertising on our youth and teenagers, contributing to life-long unhealthy nutritional habit.This cause the teenagers to become more addicted to the fast food as there's more choices in the market day by day. Teenagers nowadays have higher risk of getting health problem like obesity and food poisoning because of their unhealthy eating habit. Instead of eating fast food, teenagers should practising healthy eating diet for their own good. Firstly, it is best to snack on fresh fruit,or go for fruit juices and other healthier drinks instead of junk food and soft drink. Then, teenagers must supplement foodstuffs with other herbs and spices instead of using salt. Lessen the intake of sweets because sweets can lead to tooth decay and binging on sweets can result in sleepiness. Finally, teens must eat fewer red meats as they contain high amounts of cholesterol.To conclude, there are much more of healthy diet for teens for them to be healthier. i think fast food bring more disadvantage more than advantage. eventhough fast food are esay to prepared it does not contain nutrient that our body need.The greatest disadvantage of fast food is the adverse effect that it has on one's health. It is a fact that fast food is more unhealthy than home-cooked meals, as they contain higher amounts of salt, fats and calories. Obesity in children is on the rise and a direct link is being cited between fast food and obesity in children. Given the sedentary lifestyle that we lead today, the excess fats and calories that we take in with fast food is not used up completely. The result is that these accumulate in our body as fat deposits that cause complications like cardiovascular diseases and other related diseases of the heart. With obesity come other problems like high blood pressure and diseases of the joints. It is like a chain reaction set off by fast food and carried forward by our unhealthy lifestyle. In fact, a recent study has shown that people who live within walking distance of a fast food restaurant are at 13% higher risk of suffering from strokes than those who live a considerable distance away.

Fast food is delicious, it's filling, is really affordable, and readily and available any time of the day.Fast food is good for the people who are in a fast life lane and all fast food have a good taste,but it is not nutritionally balanced and, therefore, unhealthy in the long run if consumed on a regular basis.
Fast food also is loaded with calories from refined sugar and fats (especially, the artery-clogging saturated and hydrogenated fats, which are repeatedly reheated to high temperatures for frying purposes).The conclusion is the fast food are not good to health and I think fast food is not a healthy diet nowadays for a teenager.

In my opinion fast food not healthy to eat.And being physically inactive only adds to the problem of obesity. Not many people who love fast food are ready to acknowledge that obesity is not simply an eyesore "“ it is a major risk factor for a large number of deadly diseases like hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, heart disease, and even many types of cancers. In other words, fast food is kind of addictive; you get hooked on to it and continue consuming it in an uncontrolled way in spite of knowing that it is unhealthy. The more you consume, the more difficult it is for you to opt for healthy foods. The situation is worse in case of children who from a very young age get hooked on fast food. Making them change their food habits from fatty and sweet foods and develop a taste for health-promoting fruits and vegetables is a task easier said than done. Such children would grow up to be obese adults who have never felt the advantages of being a healthy weight.To sum up, consuming fast food on a regular basis leads to many health hazards. But bringing about changes in eating habits is not easy.To start with, a simple change that one could make is to successively reduce the frequency of eating fast food and eat more frequently home-cooked food, with plenty of fresh foods and vegetables.

In my opinion, although fast food is convenient, fast, and tasty. Many disadvantage of fast food should discourage people from indulging in eating this type of fare on a regular basis. Unfortunately, marketers target the youngest of the population, enticing our next generation to eat unhealthy with dire consequences ahead of them. It link to many health problems in teenagers nationwide. Therefore, the most important aspect of a healthy diet for teenagers is that it is, in fact, healthy. We can conclude, teens need adequate calories and good nutrients, particularly calcium and iron, which are important for the growth and development happening at this stage of life.

based on my judgement, eating fast food like McDonald, Maggi, burger provides more harm than benefit. Why I said eating fast food provides more disadvantage? this is because it contains many unhealthy ingredient such as monosodium glutamate (MSG) that can cause many health problem in teenagers nowadays. Although it is delicious and yummy, but it is still dangerous to our lives. it can cause many diseases like diarrhea, vomit, and constipation. i think it is better to get healthy diet but not with such fast food. The best suggestion is to eat fruits which can replace the junk food. teenagers should mix up honey into their meals instead of using refined sugar. to deduce it, there are many other healthy diet that can be practiced by them.

In my opinion,fast food have many disadvantage than advantage. But it always be taken by people nowdays. People do not do not think about the disadvantage when take fast food. there do not think before eat because it is delicious, readily available in just any time and most of people can buy it. Fast food almost taken by student in univercity. This is because cost in univercity is higer. They need ti save their budget to bought other things such as books and other than that. So they always eat fast food such as 'mee sedaap' the popular fast food in UiTM Sabah campus. But when there always take fst food there can't focus in their study, because by taking too much fast food our body will feel so weak. So it not suitable for us. But if you also want to eat fast food you can, but you can't take it always. for example take it twice a month.

In my opinion, based on the article shows the fast food are additional of other ingredient to increase the price also differentiate the taste of the food. It is also not good for our health. People just though the fast food is good, fast and clean. But we dont know how the clean enough of the ingredient before it is became food. The uses of ingredient just make the food more delicious but not for nutritious of the food. in my opinion,fast food brings more pros than cons. people is unaware of their eating lifestyle.as the saying 'you are what you eat'. everyone prefer fast food especially the teenagers. teenagers keen to consume fast food as it is very delicious and they'll continue consuming it. for me, taking up the fast food is accepted when you can balanced it with other healty foods. fast food contains many calories in only such amount of food. calories will lead to other disease if not controlled. lastly, a sound mind makes a healty body.

From my point of view, fast food brings happiness and enjoyment to everyone but its only for a moment, because when you grow older, what you get is only diseases that make you suffer badly. Sugar, fats, preservatives are very bad for health if we take it too much, diseases such as diabetes, obesities, and cancers are the side effect from it. From the article shown, even oatmeal from fast food restaurant contain not suitable ingredients which is much worst than we expect from the oatmeal. We can conclude that fast food restaurant just want to have a large profit without thinking about the effects of their product to their customer. Isn't it worst?

Therefore, we as the customer should also think about ourselves and the effects of fast food to our health because prevention is better than cure. We can eat fast food but taking it too much will bring harms. Think twice before you eat, you are what you eat.

Eventhough fastfood bring more cons than pros, but in my opinions fastfood give more advantage than disadvantage if taken rarely. My point to prove fastfood is good because fastfood is delicious. My second point, fastfood is prepared clean and fresh. It also contain a healthy ingredient. For example, Burger in McD has a variety of nutritious ingredient such as bun, meat, pickles, cheese, mustard, tomatoes etc. Furthermore, fast food also a lot of energy. Besides that fast food is easy and timeless to prepare.

Fast food has become a way of life for most of us. For sure you have know at least one Fast Food Company. I have been to so many different of these so called “fast food restaurants” that I can make a pretty good list about what to expect from each. Well here are my experiences on McD restaurant. The only people justified to eat at this overrated place are kids because they don’t know any better. Their chicken nuggets are more corn then chicken. The Swiss cheese on the chicken sandwich is so nasty that if it was on your sandwich don’t bother taking it off because the taste still lingers. Have you taken a good look at the Big Mac’s meat? It looks like 10% cow meat and 90% things mixed together that I don’t even want to know about! Their restrooms are always dirty and the employees are rude enough to basically sweep your feet. They don’t get the point that you’re eating and they should wait till after you “leave” to clean the area. The poorly designed play area smells like feet from all those kids taking off their shoes. And why do they even bother asking if you want onions, pickles, tomatoes, etc if their going to add them anyways.

If we look into the positive side, fast food can bring us variety of food which is delicious and can fulfill our desire. Other than that, fast food also can be made in a matter of time which might useful for the consumer that have less time to take their meal. In my point of view, the first and foremost benefit fast food brings to customers is time and speed saving. Modern society with piles of work pushes people to be busy at any time, especially businessmen and officials. Even students are also up to ears with exercises and examination.Fast food, therefore, becomes a popular choice of many people. By coming to restaurants, which sell fastfood, the customers are quickly served; they can save a lot of time to do other things instead of cooking at home or waiting for the meal to be cooked at restaurant. In addition, cooking at home, means you need to buy food in the super market, clean vegetables, prepare things ready to be cooked, after meal; you need time to wash the dishes. This process takes really much time and energy if you are a busy with work and need to relax. In short, fast food helps people to handle the meal as soon and comfortably as possible.Besides, meal price is also an advantage of fast food with the ones who live alone. It is often cheaper to have a meal when you stay alone, let alone some extra offers on special events. I have to say that fast food bring more bad side effect to us rather than giving us a healthier life. Sure, the terms "fast food" is referring to food that are prepared and served very quickly. But can fast food be consider as healthy? No. This is because fast food brings harm to us. Firstly, studies have found that fast food contains a lot of fat in it. This is why many regular fast food customer are obese. Secondly, Fast food often comes in wrappers coated with perfluoroalkyls (PAC) to prevent grease from leaking through them. These have been proven to get into the human body. PAC changes to a more harmful form inside the human body and can cause numerous health problems. In conclusion, fast food is proven to be a bad choice of food. So, to have a healthier life, we must avoid consuming fast food and eat healthier food that. With that, we will have a healthier life.

Items rarely incorporate whole grains, lean proteins, fresh vegetables and varied fruits that are necessary for a balanced and healthy diet. Finally, Typical drink offerings include soda, shakes and fruit juices. Beverages like these are often filled with sugar. Too much consumption of liquid calories can easily and nearly unknowingly lead to obesity.

Fastfood is good for health?is it the kind of food that you want our children to eat?nowadays, people tend to eat fastfood because its convenient to get. You can get fastfood anywhere right now. It is delicious,easy to get and most important its affordable. But, fastfood has many disadvantages than advantages. It has lots of calories that can destroy your health. It can lead to many disease, for example obesity. Some research found that in USA, the teenagers are suffer from obesity. They tend and love to eat fastfood than the home cooked meal. So, to overcome this problem we must take a healthy diet in order to avoid diseases. Firstly, you must follow the guideline in the food pyramid.Its the best way to have a healthy diet. In my opinion,fast food is not good for us. It is bad for our body and our brain. This is because,fast food contains too high in sodium,high in fats such as the cheeseburgers,highly caloric like fried chicken,and too much of sugars like soda. All of these foods will causing diseases like high blood pressure,obesity,water retention,and many more. So,as a student,we should practising a healthy diet which is have a lot of fruit,vegetables and cereals. We must eat foods with low saturated fat and cholesterol besides have a low sugar level and calories. Make sure to including a variety of cereals in our daily diet,specially whole grain food. Thus,we will maintain healthy and we can study better in class.

Fast food!. what we can say is, nowadays there to many kind of fast food are produced by the factories of our country. fast food is famous among us today. it is famous because it cheap, easy to prepare, simple, saves money, and affordable.fast food is delicious and easy to get.fast food also can raise our health, such as salads fruit juices. it give us great vitamin.However, even if fast food is affordable, simple and easy to prepare, it still have it disadvantage. too much of fast food can make our brain lazy. it have a side effect to our health. fast food contain too high toxic and chemical that can damage our health. fast food is made up from chemical. it contain to high calories. so the way to solve this problem is, parent should plan and care their children meals.

in my opinion, the fast food will bring more disadvantages then the advantages. as we know that fast food can causes us unhealthy. this is because the fast food use much chemical that will affect out health. the example like mr ariffin said that fast food contain the MONOSODIUM GLUMATE. this chemical is contribute to having cancer, heart disease and other diseases. beside the food, the wrapper also contain chemical. example PAPs (polyfluoroalkyl phosphate esters), which are used as a non-sticking and greaseproof agent on the inside of fast food wrappers, are making their way into the contents. Once eaten, they metabolise as PFCAs (perfluorinated carboxylic acids), a dangerous chemical that can cause cancer. so, we must avoid eating fast food beside that time is an emergency.

in my opinion, fast food is bad for health, fast food is a food easy to use categories are defined as hot or cold foods. It will only take a little time and effort to prepare. These simple foods to include foods that are classified as fast food (fast foods), food stalls, drinking processed food, semi-processed food, ready to eat meals, snacks / snacks (snack foods), light food / snacks less substance (junk foods ) and drink immediately available drik.For example, fried chicken, high in protein (16 percent) and fat (15 percent). Fried chicken also contain other nutrients such as vitamins A, B1, B2, niacin, calcium and iron. Excessive intake of fast foods containing high saturated fat, no saturated fat, sugar and salt will increase the risk of heart-related diseases, aging and diabetes.therefore, every individual should try to control the appetite to think about larger portion sizes mean more calories and more fat is probable, more cholesterol and more sodium. In addition, each individual should take note of the daily menu to check the ingredients and contents of each sajian.if still feel hungry, eat fruits, vegetables or salad.

Wikipedia say that, Fast food (also known as Quick Service Restaurant or QSR within the industry itself) is the term given to food that can be prepared and served very quickly. Even though it can save cost and time to prepared, it actually contain higher amounts of salt, fats and calories. Where, it can cause the problem like, obesity, cardiovascular diseases and high blood pressure. The teenagers that take the fast food today have unhealthy body.
